I help women with chronic inflammation, persistent tummy issues, and autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s, IBD, and PCOS find structure and support through elimination diets such as the Autoimmune Protocol (AIP).

Using a blend of personal experience, science-backed strategies, and holistic healing tools, I guide you through the process of uncovering what’s been keeping you inflamed — so you can feel good in your body again. My approach is both compassionate and practical, to help you navigate the elimination journey with clarity, confidence, and care.

my story

My healing journey began when I was just 20 years old. It felt like one day my life changed overnight. I didn’t recognize my body, inside or out and I needed answers. After months of frustrating doctors appointments, I finally got my answer: a hypothyroid autoimmune disease called Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. 

This was the most pivotal moment of my life. I realized I needed to take an active role in understanding what my body truly needed to heal, because I had the rest of my life ahead of me and I wanted to live it feeling good inside my skin. 

Through the slow and clumsy process of cutting out foods one by one, I began to feel a little better. My life completely changed when I found the Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) protocol in 2019. I was able to finally uncover the source of all my triggers and calm my inflammation. It wasn’t easy — it was actually really hard. I made mistakes, felt overwhelmed constantly, and wanted to give up more than once. But with time, structure, encouragement, and self-compassion, I was able to feel like myself again.

As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and RYT200 certified yoga teacher, I’ve learned how powerful the right tools and guidance can be. That’s why I’m passionate about helping other women navigate this same process so you don’t have to figure it out alone like I did. Together, we’ll take the guesswork out of elimination and reintroduction, and rebuild your health from the inside out. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.

THESE ARE A FEW OF MY FAVORITE THINGS…

  1. I’m a nature lover at heart — our family horse farm is my happy place.
  2. My two cats, Archer and Beau, are my sweet babies (and unofficial coaching assistants).
  3. Ashtanga Yoga — it’s how I first learned yoga, and the structure, rhythm, and tradition ground me.
  4. If I ever get the chance to be near the ocean, on the beach, or in the water, I will take it every time.

I’m the luckiest girl!! Haven planned the sweetest proposal with flowers, sparkling cider, and a quiet walk in the park after our date. But then the skies opened up and it wouldn’t stop raining. We found cover under an awning, and completely drenched and smiling, she pulled out a note she had written and read me the most beautiful words before proposing, all while her friends stood nearby in the rain with everything she had planned. It was tender, imperfect, and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way.

We still made it to the park, and I’ll never forget a single moment. 🥹🩷

What’s your version of a reset button?
Arizona felt like a deep exhale. I spent time in Arizona felt like a deep exhale.

I spent time in nature, moved my body, and connected with women who 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙞𝙩—who are on healing journeys of their own and who hold space for me in such a real way.

The last few years have been full of learning, unlearning, and trying to do healing “right.”

But the most powerful shifts haven’t come from doing more. They’ve come from moments of rest, connection, and 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙣.

This trip reminded me that my body heals best when I slow down, step outside, and surround myself with people who make me feel safe and understood.

And honestly, it felt really empowering to do this solo. No partner. Just me choosing something bold, independent, and nourishing. 🩷

For years, I focused only on food, supplements, an For years, I focused only on food, supplements, and protocols—trying everything to calm my chronic inflammation.

And while these were essential to the start of my healing, a HUGE shift happened when I realized stress was keeping my body in survival mode.

Chronic stress was a root cause to my inflammation.

Going through and elimination diet and finding my food sensitivities was where my healing journey started, but I hit a new level of healing 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐦𝐲 𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦—over and over again.

I celebrated today by putting my toes in the sand and bathing in the ocean. I feel so blessed I get to live close to the ocean 🌊 

The sun felt so good on my skin and felt incredible to soak up some vitamin D ☀️
